We believe that design and software can help bring ICANN's multi-stakeholder model to a broader audience.

We worked with the ICANN community to identify problems that prevented participation and engagement. Our initial experiments tested solution for the issues discovered. Now, we’re applying our learning as part of a larger effort to build a new version of ICANN.org.
